Thread regarding Aetna layoffs

severence

no such thing as severance. the longer you work at this company the less you will get. eventually there will be no severance, just maybe two or three weeks salary. bunch of losers at this company. too stupid or just plain dumb to move on and get a better job. do not complain when you get hit by the door as you leave and get nothing. some are still there because they kiss a--. I have seen many do that and they are also gone now. dummies still work here

There is no way Aetna or CVS is going to take into consideration how hardworking or loyal you have been when they decide to layoff employees. Just ask anyone of the thousands laid off in the last 5 years. Ask anyone with 20+ years service and less than 5 years until retirement and not even offered an ERP. I know, Aetna did it to me.

I am sorry you feel that way. I am hoping that Aetna/CVS will look at how hard working and loyal we have been to the company. Let's support each other.

That's a bunch of crap then....... My sister-in-law was a nurse at Humana and they got a severance package of 2 weeks pay for every year they worked.
