Has anyone heard about an upcoming change to the coupon policy?

You know the one that’s been in place since September . If a coupon don’t scan you can’t accept it but your DM will rip Your A$$ apart if you don’t override it. What a joke corporate comes out with policies and DM’s & RM’s do whatever they want. Wake Up R.I. What you implement is not practiced at store level!
