Avaya Common Stock to List on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “AVYA”

Jan. 11, 2018 – Avaya Holdings Corp. (OTCQX: AVYA) announced today that it has requested the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) declare Avaya’s Registration Statement on Form 10 effective on January 16, 2018. Following the effectiveness of the filing, Avaya’s common stock will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker “AVYA” and is expected to begin trading at the market open on Wednesday, January 17, 2018.

“Our listing on the NYSE is an important milestone in Avaya’s next chapter as a public company,” said Jim Chirico, President and Chief Executive Officer. “We’re proud to join the other industry leading companies listed on the NYSE. This will provide increased transparency to our various stakeholders with a goal of creating long-term value for our new stockholders.”

Mind it... Avaya doesn't compete in uCaaS or cCaaS domains. We don't care what the Gartner results says. We do xCaaS. We're smarter than everyone. We stand apart from the industry after all we are the leaders in Enterprise Communication business.

Now all the marketing b---s--- is gone, the market will see that Avaya is nothing but a empty shell, nothing to sell, far away of being a real cloud company. Just putting boxes all over the place does not make you aigle. Now the market is going to judge you instead of marketing b---s--- that you put on the web.
