Aberdeen office full of jumped up nothin nobodys who don't know what they're doing

Lay off right before earning report is an indication of bad quarter.
BH still pay people off most months world wide and try and hide it and cover it up.
They now use agancy staff here in Aberdeen as paid off so many no experince left and our departments have so little staff left.
Work shop guys do 7 days a week as down by 70% and same with offshore people they are all looking for other jobs as treated so badly . Only thing we have lots of is office staff.
Most will leave if things pick up.
