Good find. This confirms at least some of the rational in the 2017 RIF bloodbaths but I also think there will be more to come in 2018. The company will find it more and more difficult to pay back the loans especially with customers continually leaving and nothing new to sell. Customer service continues to decline with substandard support from cheap off shore resources. Customers are growing more frustrated with the lack of qualified support. Compounding poor support is the recent introduction of the new IVR which makes it nearly impossible to speak to a human for support. Customers are finally coming to the realization that the high level of support that was supposed to justify the above market price is no longer being delivered. 2018 will be the year of the customer mass exodus from Sungard AS. The company has been at a Junk Bond rating since the SDS split. I see a fire sale in the future.
