Evidence suggests x+1 factor behind the scene. While r-1 factor to tackle it will take some time. So ... have to give some time, maybe.
Several positive signs.
It will work. Will be patient. Breaking the silence.
Elliot wants $135 and owns 6% of the shares
BRCM action council decided to shift back its headquarters temperorily as merger with qcom won't happen in near term. Also, BRCM action council to takeover Qcom is wishing QCOM the best. Wish to see all qcommers work together to make the world a better place to live.
Tender offer extended today but same $110? Only 1.7% shares tendered so far? We are getting nervous guys
Doesnt look like we have to worry much anymore.Hock Tan cant afford to buy Qualcomm as the stock is going to soar once qualcomm finalizes NXP. He will move on and acquire something else .
Thanks Qualcomm !!!! Keep throwing out the poison pills and the ol boy will have no choice but to walk away!
What about 5 guys? They make some good chips as well.
Deal closed by end of 2017 for $110. Wake up, people.
$120
Of course they will increase the offer. To say this means "nothing" is not accurate. It would make no sense to increase the offer until they have regulatory approval. Things seem to be falling into place.
this means NOTHING as the shareholders are not on board with their offer and wont be unless Q increases it.
C--- Tan will lose his pants to buy Nxp+Qcomm @90$ per share, and anything less than that he will not get anything...
The NXP merger won‘t do anything to prevent the Broadcom acquisition. Why would it? In fact, as Broadcom already indicated, it might make the deal even more tasty to them.
Tan will do whatever the Hock he wants. No way to prevent the acquisition.
tomorrow is tender offer extension day! was down to a measly 1.9% last month
"...representing approximately 1.9% of the outstanding NXP common shares, have been validly tendered pursuant to the tender offer and not properly withdrawn."
Ok qcom, ready to shell out $120/share?
At the end of the day, it won't matter as Octane will the merger happen.
