Seems a lot of the negative posts come from same people or person posting multiple times. Some of us here to discuss what's going on, good and bad but some here just relentless in negative attitude makes one wonder why staying. Go!

Our group is doing well. Not a lot of unhappiness but yes questions about LTI. Pay good, got raises, medical good. Understand that company has to lower costs to survive and be competitive. If those unhappy with changes feel the company is so terrible why stay?

Totally agree that narcissist control-freaks are trying tactics to stop posts that relay accurate info that they don’t want people to talk about. Just do the right thing and people will be more positive. It isn’t rocket science.

Expressing concerns and being realistic is not being "negative"! Comments shunning anyone for expressing their concerns or sharing information seems like a tactic used to attempt to control the posts, like bullying. This site is here for all of it, the good and the bad! Thankful for all of it. If people leave because that is what is best for them and their family, they do not deserve to be called names or ridiculed for it. Come on now....

I try hard not to be negative but I have to say communication is real bad. In my area and I feel companywide. Is it just me or has this gone way down in the last year?

For sure! Never mind that there’s so many negative facts. If they’re swept under the rug we can all be positive about our accomplishments and keep our focus on the ~30 employees that are appreciated and rewarded.
