In my division, all management is bad. Ask employees work hard and be innovative. They will try to hire their friends and let go the people speaking the loudest.

That episode aired in 1991.
1bfw can clearly remember the cultural transformation from 15 years ago. Whats another 12 years?
So he likely was around. You were around. I was around.
Lighten up.
5vax- It's only funny if people get the reference. No one here was around for Married With Children.
Don't let this distract you from the fact that in 1966, Al Bundy scored four touchdowns in a single game while playing for the Polk High School Panthers in the 1966 city championship game versus Andrew Johnson High School, including the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds against his old nemesis, Bubba "Spare Tire" Dixon.
I remember 15 years ago we had this thing called Cultural Transformation (or something like that.) We sat through sessions of talks and videos on how to integrate the staff with a variety of cultures and all work toward the same goal. One particular point they stressed is that "Birds of a feather, all flock together" was something that we needed to be mindful and avoid at all all costs. Sadly that mindset has all gone out the window now and it seems the "flocking together" now is as bad as the example we were suppose to avoid.
