The slogan is "Focus on People". They are referring to upper management's desire to focus a 50 GW x-ray laser on employees, that cooks them like being at the focus of parabolic solar furnace. I love the focus. Because upper management cares. It's touching.
Support layoff. Do a major reboot. That’s the only way for the company. I’m waiting for my package, and the company free up the headcount they want - both side win.
Focus on laying them off. That's the only thing seagate is focused on. The good thing is, we all know it and can do something about it should we choose.
