Who and when is next WFR in India ?

The list for Bangalore and Chennai is ready, letters will be handed over on March 15. This is for 3500 staff from Bangalore centre and Chennai centre for HPE side staff.

Managers continue to be running the company on their own terms meaning that they will never be cut no matter how much crap they are filled with. After all the company is being run by managers all this time and current pathetic situation is purely result of mis-mangement by managers.

As there is no career prospects in DXC, it would be better to move to a stable company which offers growth in the future. DXC digital transformation is not visible at the ground level.

There have been so many resignations in India not because of WFR, but because many staff have left by themselves. The HR guys are processing resignations more than ever. This round of WFR is likely to be kept on hold till 31-March in those teams where there have been resignations.

If Change is Good as we say on our Website, why does it take so long to get a simple change approved. Then you have to sit in stupid CAB meeting for an hour and all they do is ask you if your change has all the approvals. If it didn't the change shouldn't be being reviewed in CAB , Idiots we have running things

Maybe that's what DXC man by automation: get the clients to spin up their own Windows 2016 data-centre on Amazon's Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) in a few hrs and bypass all the excessive cost of DXC and its useless management. Just a few clicks and you can scale up or down.

OneBuild does not know what to build and how to build. There is no specialization there. To build a simple Windows server (physical) it takes 28 days .. the client says forget it.. just do it via VMware, but the oneBuild team takes over 8 days for that as well, just deploying an image which should not take more than a couple of hours, but yeah there are so many processes, so many change managers whose approval is required before anything can be really done.

After deliberation and frustration, the client prefers to deploy the solution in AWS cloud or Microsoft Cloud. ... DXC keep losing business to competitors.
