I know a lot of people hate the fact that Sears is doing better or simply refuse to believe it, but it's true.
The changes, closings and layoffs might not be popular among the employees, but they are doing their job.
People here need to realize that if they expect to have a job in a year or two, they have to get behind these changes. It'll hurt, but it'll pay off in the end. It has already started to.
