Is HOME SERVICES/DELIVERY included in the March 2 Announcement?

If there was a big announcement it would've already been blasted on here a week ago.
The big announcement is there is no announcement.
Home Services makes alot of money, so I doubt it. They will be sold, and the new Owner can decide what to do with them. The Golden Child of Sears.
