Just announced:
Company will be letting go all associates that are dumb and lazy....... wait a minute, we started that last month! Can't wait till we are finished......then every other Thursday the "survivors" or COMPETENT people will continue to get our pay and the other half will still be on here posting and beating a dead horse!

I too am one who has NO worries EVER about my job or stability in the company because I am not a follower or lazy........no complacency or "poor me syndrome" pointing the blame finger when something goes wrong. A lot of things have happened from 1962 - present inside and outside the stores.....put your scrapbooks up and campfire stories about how it used to be working there because those days are gone and NEVER coming back! Transform your industry to match the world around you to remain relevant you narrow minded folk that waste time defending posts and others on here! Evolution is continual with customers, work force and the minute you stop acknowledging it......you get replaced!
You were, are and always will be a win number no matter where/who you work for......... notice your company not the only one on this site........ it's full of "oxygen thieves" that we're employed too long by whatever company they work for!

The only" false sense of hope" as you say was thinking you were golden and would not be judged for your contribution or lack there of! No, they are not in panic mode..... selling property is strategic reduction of capital expenditures and all real estate transactions are public knowledge so there's not much of a lie there..... complete transparency.

To realist and hahahahaha, you bunch of arse kissers sitting in that little room in the middle of Bentonville that does NOTHING for the company but go online and troll in support of WM and go to their website and make 1,000s of positive reviews each day for products are the reason it is falling on its face. That room has been around for years, you are not the first to work there but hopefully will be the last. You lie to customers, yourself and the company. Your false sense of hope will lead you down the same path as all the rest. Think WM is not in panic mode? Why are the selling the land and buildings they own? To prop up the lies of profitability.
