Bonuses you should be ashamed of yourself. Quit now. How about all of the shop people working for fn peanuts and no money for years. Hands paid 40 a week to sit home while the shop works there a-- off. D##K H##D
Company is awful, and so is management at all levels. I left to work for a competitor last year, and am so glad to be far away from the WFT dumpster fire.

Your bonus will be being able to print your resume for free if they have any paper left.
I received my bonus last August (read that "RIF"). Additionally, my merit increased exponentially (read that "No longer associated with WFT").
Yes, it comes with an exit interview.
