Chesapeake has two areas where they can grow their oil volumes, Eagle Ford and the Rockies. Neither of them made money last year and neither will make money this year. Both areas are run by VPs who do not have a clue how to manage these assets or motivate professionals. As long as CHK executive management keeps VPs around like these clowns they are doomed to getting the some poor results. Bonuses time is not far away. When it comes I am gone from this sinking ship.
