what's the Grade 7 salary range for Intel Austin ? I am in hardware domain with 5+ years of experience. My friends have got 120,000 as salary from other companies in that area for Hardware jobs

The grade levels seem to be spread about 15% apart.
Each grade level has a 50% spread.
For instance if the Min is 100k,
The Max is 150k.
You just need one salary min and you can calculate a bunch of Grade levels.
120-160k total comp
It's $15 an hour.
