This is RH as most of you know I was laid off recently . I was recently was made aware of an post on here by another Chk employee slamming me for writeing a post which I totally had NO hand in . I also think its childish to post stuff here when i can easily say what i have to say to your face. I know where you all work and have never been afraid to speak my mind also many no where I live and have my personal phone number so call me or stop by I'll tell you how I feel to your face . So with that being said, HERE'S IS WHAT I WANT STATE: First I have a new job I've only told a couple of my close friends and family . All I can say is that I'm way more happy here the pay is much better and the work atmosphere is way more postive . Second it's no one's business what my severance pay is and how I spend it but I can say I'm not going to Hawaii on the amount that I got in severance plus I have to wait a year for my vacation time to kick in at my new job . Third no one deserve's to laid off we all have families , food and bills to pay. It's so sad when a CEO gets a 2000000 million dollar bouns for laying off workers' when the stock is so low and the debt is so high. Fourth before you go passing blame around maybe take a look at yourself . I enjoyed my time at Chk for the most part. I got along with some people better than others and, i stuck close to them because I trusted them. Fifth I belive who ever is slamming my name is a coward if I was such a bad pumper why didn't you help me become a better one . I worked closely with all pumpers to try to fix any problems that I made . Lastly I would like to thank all the people at chk who did stick up for me and stood by me threw everything and the kind words of encouragement while i was looking for another job you are true friends . On a final note my life did not end when Chk laid me off It was a scary time for me and, my family but God saw us threw it and now me and my family are way better off. If you see me around town please stop and say high I'm not mad at any one. # stayingclassy

In fact, I would just like to apologize, formally... I’ve heard feedback that he was a man of integrity and always accountable. Heard he was one of the better employees. Heard that from a colleague I respect and trust. I was wrong to say he has a chip on his shoulder and smear his credibility—make his life harder than it needed to be during his transition away from Chesapeake. It is because of RH that I am giving up this forum. Thanks, RH, for the integrity check! I wish very much for that ride along some day!

Couple of other things I would like to bring up is I see the stock and I really feel bad for the investors and a lot of the older guys. And in case you don't know a lot of the older guys at Chk have half of there older bouns tied to their stock it was apart of the bouns that you got along time ago . They are really the one that are hurting because when I started at Chk the stock was over 50.00 dollars so yes the stock is doing great !!! (NOT) . Here is my other problem! Have you driven to OKC thew Watonga, or by gone by Kingfisher or Geary, Mustange or out in the Panhandle of Texas if not. I can tell you whats out there its drilling rigs and not one hole so for ive saw has CHK name attached to it . So here my problem . We are hiring upwards of 10 people a week at my new job. When Chk is laying off people and selling assets. We are a drilling company that I work for and we are staying so busy we can barely keep up . So why is chk stock so low and the next oil boom is kicking off and why are they laying off if there is any wisdom in that what am I missing? I want Chk to do good I would hate to see more people lose there jobs it's a scary time when your out of a job and looking . I will say if your interested in getting out now is the time to do it though. Also on a second note I've had some good bosses at Chk. But I would encourage you to to get out and really get to know the person your over don't just take anybody's word over that person. Find out for yourself what they are doing for you and the company you might be surprised. I just would say on a final note words have weight be careful how you treat people treat them with respect and kindness and you will get the same back from them and, you may never know when you may have to call on that person to do something for you. Also stand by them when they are right or wrong and be there for them. I think a person will respect you more and try harder to please you if you do that. I hope the best for Chk and it's Employees and I hope the can one day be the company they where y'all have a long road ahead of you I wish the whole chk crew good luck and gods blessing on y'all.

Here is some advice for whoever thinks I have a chip on my shoulder and a poor ethic. Next time before you slam someone make sure you know who it is . Also in your future endeavours take a minute to sit down or call the person that your having a problem with because that guy or gal is person they have familes that depend on them to support them. Take a sec. to tell them what they need to work on and help them if there lacking in an area because everybody runs there route differnt sometime you just gotta guess and hope that what that person wants done on there route. I don't know if you ever had the pleasure of being a relief on my route but it was so easy to come work my route and, I would never slammed anyone I always took the time to help them fix any mistakes and tell them what i expected to happen next time they where on my route. Now like I said we all have famlies that depend on us and if you could have taken a sec and slowed down and thought about things and taken the chip off your shoulder maybe I would have been a better pumper because you taken that time to show me how do something the way you expected me to do it . Here is my take on things if your not helping someone then your NOT apart of the solution your apart of the problem. Also as you HAVE seen im not afraid to step out and say who I am I'm not hiding behind a computer and saying things that I would have easily said to your face . I hope that one day you can step out and say who you are also I told anybody that has my personal phone number to give it to you. If you don't know who to ask then ask my bother in law he can give it to you . I have no ill will toward you it's sad that you have the time to stand on your soapbox and preach to me when you take none of the blame yourself I invite you to come spend a day with me at my new job and show you what my work ethic is truly about it might just surpise you . You sure seem cavalier in your assessment of me, but at the end of the day, I am where I am...and you, well, not quite sure where you are off to...to start over again. A bit of advice: lose the chip on your shoulder and bring the work ethic that was absent when you were employed here.

I’m hopeful you will be successful in your future endeavors and would like to thank you for your contributions.
