what reorg? why is this thread about BDC
We the super techies (Tom and Jerry) started learning React Java so that we can extend our help to team. We started with core java and tried with "Hello World" program. After successful compilation we exulted. Wow! one gold award sure for compiling our first program, It is time to run the our very first java program. We ran the program and it is time to check the output on the console. Hurrah!!
Oops !!! It printed "Hello Idiots".
Guys, any clue? How can compiler know about us :(.
Super Techies...that's not a grade. That's an unofficial title conferred on two genius senior principal engineers in BDC storage. These super stars know solutions to all technical and managerial problems in storage. They also believe that all other techies other than themselves are morons. When they visit US there are hordes of people waiting to meet them to get their problems rectified. Even jaywalkers in the streets approach them to get their technical problems resolved. They work extensively in PowerPoint. They have an yet to be patented procedure of putting headcount numbers on architectural diagrams of storage stack to usurp ownership of products. There are many more such qualities....
OK, what the heck is a "super techie" these people keep yapping about? What job grade is that?
Following in the footsteps of our dear colleagues we the super techies also want to apologise to all engineers for reasons well known in BDC storage. We've even started programming in reactive Java. I just saw a successful compilation and a hello world popup on my screen. So sweet.

Looking at the heart rendering apologies of my collegue the great IITian I hearby solemly swear I won't watch YouTube from morning till evening in office. It's bad for my eyesight. I will restrict the viewing to only two hours per day. Please forgive me.

I would like to use this platform to accept and apologize that I have been working like a puppet in Mr. KA hands. I know, I have lost my identity, pride, respect and value among you folks. Please help me find out how can I regain my identity, pride, respect and value back. I know I have done mistakes like favoritism, manipulations and even unethical activities sometimes but still I need your support because i want to improve before I retire. I am IITian but behave like ITI ian. Shame on me. :(

Old leader of cyclone has been made scapegoat.. Cyclone was bound to slip as you have VP MRES from the sustaining org. I doubt he has ever written line of code. How can one expect such leaders to deliver products.
What is this reorg in HR and where. Details please. Reorg in Storage MRES is confirmed. Cyclone org in Hopkinton got a new leader. Old leader delegated to a smaller role most likely a parking space before getting fired.

These threads are monitored, if individual names are mentioned, the posts are deleted.
My other hope is that they are deleting all the racist crap that has been permeating this area. I would hope that people would not mimic certain leaders, but rather rise above them and behave in a more civil manner here. Alas, mob mentality and hiding behind anonymity seems to embolden people to express their hate and ignorance.
As has been stated several times before, this forum is being misused for lashing out instead of information gathering or disseminating.
Let's try for less destructive criticism, and strive for inquisitive and informative commentary.

How are the posts getting deleted? The post which exposes criminal act of BDC management got deleted, it seems.
BDC management, escape as much you can but you will be out of breathe soon. Your abominable treatment of the engineers (not your sycophants) will be exposed at right time with proof which will shock you to death!
