They can't because the PM is simply a PIC that owns C-2 counts. They don't get any time to manage anything more than filling scripts and catching up. Ask them what training they have had on Myschedule? Most will say " Not much"

Not for my region. I’m a pm and I’m responsible for my worked optimization.
Gotta' love that the F/S manager is responsible for the Rx' "My Schedule" optimization. So, with non-minimal hours, 172 hrs. in the F/S, and the optimization at 77, Rx. is 85, ......the score goes onto the SM My Health Scorecard. Why not just the PM's? We are not allowed to see their daily Scripts, the optimization schedules, proxy over PM's, or termination of one of their employees.
Does any new District Leaders, hold their PM's responsible, for any measures? Obviously, the PM's have very good salaries, can carry over their vacations, take off when they desire, and have a great bonus plan.
So what gives for an experienced SM? Just b---s---, right?
