Got ours last week, still had to make calls to UHC, B&N HR & SSA to figure out what ramifications were regarding Medicare eligible folks. Held on to my waiver so I could send all of it back at once, certified mail.

I still haven't received a severance pack in the mail yet. I called HR again this morning and after being on hold for an hour, was told they couldn't find the tracking numbers so they would just send me duplicates. So now I get to wait all over again.
No and I sent an email to HR on Friday asking about it and I received an immediate reply.
"Thank you for emailing us. We can use your email as confirmation that you’d like to continue your medical and dental through severance. As of now, your coverage is in effect through severance and you may continue to see your providers and get your medications filled. You should receive your COBRA notification in the mail within the next few days and can simply complete it and mail, fax, or email back to us so that we have it for your file. If you’d like to continue the COBRA coverage beyond your severance period, let us know."
