DK and RT knows only chatna, they are the most chati people. That's why the leads saved them. The fact is that these two are the most incapable managers.
In UC DK and RT saved their team, other incapable managers let their own team go.

I heard total 53 agents logged off on Friday. Yes totally agree that even managers and directors have not updated their skills and it is their faliure that even if Pune is big r&d but Galway is leading.

According to management layoffs are not for cost cutting but to remove developers and testers who haven't technically updated themselves over the time.
I would say it was management who hasn't provided opportunities to engineers.

Again people with support are saved n those not in the inner circle ( even if they are technically good) are laid off. Only if Avaya hires better managers at the cost of older ones here things will be better. Why remove poor developers!
