Going to major surgery for lot of divisions. DH will be eliminated except some service related.

Yes. As a new employee, you are cheap labor. The high pay grades are the cost targets. You are probably replacing someone let go previously to meet opx.

Poster is correct. Those announced cost savings through personnel reductions have not been fully met. Can’t disappoint those stock holders by not hitting the opx savings.
