Interesting comment about future of our CTO. Nothing wrong with our current CTO, if he is quitting they should hire a good and competent CTO; Age, gender and ethnicity must not matter.
I am not white nor Indian but Indian Frat Boy accusations ring painfully true for EUC. In EUC, great American engineers, architects, managers and simply good hardworking contributors are forced out to make headcount available for bean-counting, Indian-origin former Citrix directors and Veepees. They are hired to take Citrix business but are destroying VMware culture and value by myopic, selfserving cost cutting efforts.
The very recipe of meaningless job transfer to Florida and India that disemboweled innovative energy at Citrix, is being regurgitated in EUC; replace Florida with temporary layover in Georgia; final destination is still India.
Friends at other BU of VMWARE are much happier with their management and their prospects of growth. We also want to work for EUC with honest, ethical leadership committed to wellness of VMware. Is that too much to ask of head boss, Phat Bellysinger, ;)
Serioulsy, why is VMware executive management stuporously numbed by a shallow-minded, smooth talking, non-delivering EUC leader with flare for nothing but CA weed-laced-sh--?
Why do they not realize his brightest ideas are shone by pet fish frolicking in Lake Michigan? Man, just bring the fish-named as new GM of EUC, he will rid EUC of all stinking fishy business!
Why are they not disgusted with pathetic down-the-ticket EUC leadership performance, financially and VOV-ly?
