Really - you contributed "more than anyone"? Did you actually measure your output across the company? You are fully convinced that you are the top contributor? Not having measured your output myself and not having compared you to everyone else in Qualcomm, I see two possibilities: 1) You are a poor performer, used Qualcomm to get an H1B and more, and you are arrogant, 2) You are really better than anyone else, used Qualcomm to get an H1B and more, and are still arrogant. Please GTFO of Qualcomm.
I will get back to work at a new employer only after I get my GTFO package. Will WFH on this website till then, and prep for interviews. So happy that I recently got GC. I contributed more than anyone while on H1B, QC can't enslave me anymore.
Agree, qualcomm is a good company, driven by poor management. First step should be to clean up from top to director levels.
