1. Stop Nxp deal - less cash crunch and less laid off

2. Offer to buy BC - to regain control of the situation

3. Sell some properties we own or use them as collateral to get money

4. Stop all non proficitable Rd projects to fund strategically important projects

Not enough. Where can we get the extra cash? By based on QC track record, no bank or institution will backup and finance the transaction.
