Hey ReallyitHurts... if you don't like it, perhaps you can work somewhere else. Or, you could just be appreciative that I gave you a job. Management determines the speed and direction the world spins, and you just turn it. That's the deal you signed up for.
For you management guys who say you “deserve” them, just remember... if it wasnt for the little guys yall have been screwing for the past 5 years. None of us would have jobs. If anyone deserves raises and bonuses its them! They have stuck it out and suffered the most while the only thing you lost was a company truck. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. If you dont start soon you will be looking for new crews.
