GET OUT is not a movie.
Seagate is the best company to stay with, if certainty is what you're after. Certainty that you won't be valued, certainty that you will be ejected an an upcoming layoff. Certainty that the morale will be low. Certainty that pay will be substandard and benefits MASSIVELY substandard. Any questions?

Everyone should get out of the sinking ship. Don’t give up the easy money. Even with every employee prays for the company, it’s not going to alter the industry trend. Even with everyone busy filing for patents, it’s not going to help the top line.
I truely believe finding another job in another industry is the only way out. Don’t think Seagate will make it in SSD or cloud storage.
that simply means that you are not working hard enough and should be the one get out of seagate.
