I know people are so bored here they are littlerally playing pocket pool in the bathrooms.
Meanwhile folks in the field are worrying about their jobs.
especially at PXD who has so much dead weight and people just hanging around leaving at 4 o'clock everyday.

Yeah.
This year we have started a new bonus program. They take your target and multiply it by a -1.0.
So actually we will end up paying PXD for the privilege to work here.
