The company is run so 60 years ago. I just came from a successful tech company and what will be key is they have to get rid of senior leaders. This company is ALL ABOUT politics - not good ideas - which is why the company is producing backwards ideas like Lady Doritos and Kendall Jenner ads...and are still marketing products that are so out of touch with current healthy lifestyles. Indra needs to go - she runs this overly political organization that is so out of touch with what's actually happening in the market. She only cares about her personal brand and PR. She's no longer inspirational.
