Ok quit the BS out there. Nothing majorly changing. We were told by our RD today. 2 HRBPs per Divison who handle the same day to day HR stuff as today but on larger scale. 2 new HR roles per division called Field Talent Developement Leader who oversees ELs and Foundations. And basically 1 FTM per division.
Please quit the crap out there and rumors. Things are stressful enough without the “more to come!”
I love these supposedly texts from an anonymous person saying something bad will happen, but they just cannot say what! Everyone will find out by end of week. Don't they know that they are listed as anonymous, or are they just pretending to know, to make a comment?
In other words, keep your mouth shut, because you are playing with people's livelihoods, not to mention their own stress.
