hows your store doing? is it red? love to know how some are still green, even at 100% with all the changes going on. no people or hours to do it.

I am a laid off PMT/RTV/MPU associate and I hope all the stores go to Sh--. I worked my a-- off for that company for 15 years and all I got was 8 weeks severance???? No raise for the last 10 years. I was loyal and hard working but they don't give a sh--. GO TO HELL SEARS!!!!
We had to clear out all stick rooms.. no stick to be located
One touch. Push everything to the floor so there's nothing left in locations. Saves time from fill floor but a b--ch to find web orders.

Rtv returns and landsend returns are insane in our store, plus sending out IST's of half an floor of cloths, no time to get everything done with one person
Same here. Only enough time for MPU and pulling/processing web orders (and maybe building floor displays, depending on the day) except on Sunday adsets. Yesterday we didn't even have time to pack and ship the web orders due to the tangled mess of the adset.
Also, our store manager who is very pleasant to be around (/sarcasm) thought that it would be a great idea to do adset and MPU on the same SNC. When MPU went over five minutes because the MPU app quietly crashed in the background during the adset, she had the gall to yell and point fingers when she was told from the start it wasn't a good idea to run MPU and adset on the same SNC.
RTV has piled up and we are behind on our spring reset. Haven't even started on grills, barely finished patio furniture.
This new initiative is turning out to be a great idea! NOT!
