Not sure if this is happening in other functions other than R&D. I have lot of R&D guys sacked over the past 2 weeks across the sectors. In the first place who overstaffed R&D in the first place?

QC LATAM teams got crushed too. But the "Queen" is still there.

The R&D layoff count stands at over 100 from US locations alone. Can anybody tell what happened in AMENA, Europe and LATAM. Wonder how the remaining ones retain the motivation to work now. I am sure they will be looking for the earliest opportunity to jump the ship. Gad save PepsiCo Innovation.
