It's getting interesting now with the ISS recommendation of 4 BRCM appointees. It could now come down to the two JANA appointees to break the tie. Those two arrived on the QCOM board under somewhat questionable circumstances. I still think AAPL was behind JANA in 2015 and BRCM now. Let's hope none of that $285B in cash gets into the hands of the JANA appointees. This could already be a done deal. How confident are you that the two JANA board members are ethical people? JANA seems pretty sleazy to me.

Q used to be a great place to work. Not anymore. All the talented ones left or were forced out. Not surprising where we are today after years of mismanagement by incompetent idiots. See the articles about Samsung throttling down Exynos so that the models with Snapdragon 845 do not look as bad. This is where this company ended up... sad!
Collusion or not, employees are an afterthought for the management. Gone are the good old days when Irwin actually cared.
