There are 8 divisions. Division 8 consists of the entire western United States (including Hawaii) thus 2 FTMs for such a large area.

If I’m not mistaken, there’s 7 divisions? Down from 11 Areas I think.

So 2 HRBP per division is 14 Jobs, down from I believe 1 HRBP per region, and there was 40 or so regions I believe? I think there was also 40 or so FTMs.

Is this the only layoffs in the spring or are the rumored 400-500 still coming?

FCTs will continue to hold orientations. Their role is not changing at this point.

Sorry, but how large is a "division"?

Fewer HRBPs - 2 per division. 2 "talent development managers" per division - work similar to what FTMs who operated at a high level were doing. TDMs are displaced HRBPs.

With new hires, how will the orientations be handled, and by whom?

FTM and HRBP layoffs. There will only be 9 FTMs nationwide. Not affecting FCTs at this point

With all due respect to anyone who posts to this site, it would be nice, if you know details ,to list the details, and not just make broad statements, which then leaves everyone hanging.

Thank you,
