No fan of swn or Gulfport and I’m on this site for rumors and gossip ... but if these leaks actually happened it would be a crime .. I’m sure the leaker is happy you posted so SEC can investigate

Probably not true. Maybe one of two scenarios; a back up plan for defense against hostile takeover or large activist shareholder; or the large shareholder activism has already begun and is pushing for this. Either way, I don’t see either management wanting this assuming no activism, because it means one group will lose control.
