Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Other Departments

What's going on with Call Centers, Dispatch, Delivery, how are they holding up? I mostly see Post about the Stores, that why I ask.

The office for the DM for home services is in our store. He complains that many of his techs are leaving for other employers and he can't hire their replacements because no one will apply. Empty service vans are parked in the parking lot. Needless to say service calls get backed up or delayed.

Ask any of members who use home services how they think home services are doing and I guarantee you they will not describe it as flourishing. I deal with with these angry fed up members every day, all day. They go months without their appliances because home services can't get the parts. Multiple calls to the home with no resolution. Hardly flourishing!

They are failing, dwindling and disappearing...same as the stores.

Both Home services and the automotive 800 call center are doing EXTREMELY well. As is SYW rewards, the deals they have inked in the last couple months are amazing.

Uber and fuboTV are just the tip, wait till u see what comes out next. If you research the 3 Deals they just inked (when they’re officially announced) even the biggest haters on this board will start to believe.
