Everyone on here who still works for Windstream is nervous I get it. We have went through a lot of rough spots. Seen friends walked out. But us who are employed sitting here bashing is not helping this company that pays our paychecks move in the right direction. Let’s get past this and try to make a difference. I work in customer service she barley make minimum wage. I am thankful to have a job. Let’s all step up

There is nothing positive about that hole. I wasted 14 years of my life in that dead end backstabbing environment. The best thing conversent/one communications/EarthLink / Windstream ..whatever they call themselves these days was my final paycheck. Took a job with a competitor making 16k more a year. Yearly raises on merit!! no BULL SH1T %2 across the board every 6 year insult. To all you windstreamers that read this GET OUT!! Trust me, their a many companies out there that will treat and pay you what you deserve!!

This company is way too top heavy. Leaders need to be thinned out !!!
Not sure how much more workforce they can cut right now.....moving forward with SD-WAN and OfficeSuite means cutting this network way down and closing a majority of Central Offices. You need people for that, this realignment should keep us all extremely busy for a decade. The margins are way better on these products. Going to be difficult but I see the direction. We all saw alot of friends go, hopefully thats over.....we will see
Maybe it's one of those offshore earthlink reps. This is just a guess. I really doubt anyone else with this company is making minimum wage.
If that's the case who gives a crap, walk over to walmart and work for a better company.
And by posts I mean articles.. sorry I forget how-to-word sometimes.
Yeah I and she... literally the last two posts look like execs posting on here to try and give some positive encouragement and one of them must have forgot they were supposed to be pretending to be that person and accidentally said 'she' instead lol.
