He is much braver to say what he thinks out loud instead of hiding behind an anonymous chat forum. This forum is full of people with meaningless ideas combined with the cowardice to share them.

That guy didn't really ask a question so much as let everyone know he plans to retire and that was his exit speech TELEVISED TO THE WHOLE COMPANY!! Took some guts.
