However we're better than these post. They just show how incredibly stressed out we are. I have never seen anyone give a good severence in nursing and I thank humana for mine. I say we post things that can help each other like when we learn info post it. Let's go out with knowledge like is our last pay April with and does that have the pto on it...that would be 1 week of pay and out last pay is June what? I did confirm we get paid all of our pto because some people were telling me only 80. Lets be st peace on go out supporting each other otherwise this site is just depressing when you're looking for help and support.

I too have loved my last two years with Humana at Home. I have had two wonderful coaches, supportive team, and have made a difference in many members lives. I am sad my time has to end at Humana. I hope I can find something internally. If not I am walking away knowing I did my best everyday. I have to believe something better is ahead for me.
It states any accrued pto on psystub will be paid on last regular paycheck.
My understanding is that you are only paid 180 pto hours..confirmed by hr
I am very thankful for the last 2.5 years as an HCM. I've had good pay, flexibility and made great nurse friends. My role ends soon and I chose to go out with dignity and respect for myself. Our circumstances could be much more difficult. We can change that we are going away, but we can chose to look at the positives our role has played for our personal and professional roles. We can also look at what we've meant to our members. I'm not going to be bitter.
