Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

A happy bloody Valentines Day to all!

So many good people have been wronged by the company this week. So many families on one income and young children are wondering what's next. I would love to see all of my colleagues and friends that "survive" band together and find new jobs because Indra, Vivek, Mehmood, and their B3-B4 goons will work you like dogs. Someone will have to pick up all the work in their unrealistic pipeline after the unjustified massicar. How do you expect to grow when you cut out all business travel after your organization went to a global model (stupid), you slash project budgets throughout 2017 after bad executive spending moves (B3 morons), and now you slash your best employees and opt to keep cheaper labor...younger kids that walk around with egos that kiss up to the higher ups. A happy bloody Valentines Day to all!

Let's see in 30 years if you get it

You do not have the same life experience

No one is judging you

How about you shut up, this isn't about you. Just let this person vent about losing their job.

Listen.. I am very sympathetic toward all that has happened in the last 24 hours to these employees. But as a 21 year old at PepsiCo I don't feel like it's right for those who are angry to lash at younger employees. Just because you have more years under your belt than me doesn't make me disqualified; and it CERTAINLY doesn't mean I don't know what the hell I am talking about.

Not all the young people are still there. I've seen plenty go, myself included
