Id like to know how many of humana lay off were using FMLA and still got laid off?

HR told me that they wait until you return to work. That is straight from HR4U.

There is an associate on my team on STD right now and she was not impacted. She is also the lowest performing associate on my team

I was told all those on short term disability were let go. I know it isn’t ethical but is it even legal?

That is not true about HR waiting to notify of lay off until after return from FMLA. If you are impacted someone will call you directly while you are out on FMLA

Remember that if someone is on FMLA this month, HR will not notify them until they return to work.
