The biggest hurdle for transformation is the senior management. Without transforming each one of them, "transformation" is just another big corporate BS.
Anyhow, even if they want to be transformed, it's not going to happen without productive work bees. They are all long gone, just because they didn't have connections.
You forgot the STIC in the list. BS is their bread n butter. Such a clever move from Slb to favor providers over clients...
Blame our CTO. He is a complete follower. He'll just go where the (media) wind blows and blindly trusts PRs from the biggest advertising company in the world (Google). Plus, the IIT ain't exactly the MIT.
It is time to think new, act new and really transform: slb board should embrace the change and kick out the old guard of C*O and EVPs that never, ever brought anything concrete to the company.
SETC is as useless as quest. It's just bureaucracy designed to evaluate images and connections.
