So, I'm one of the no-longer Head Cashiers as of yesterday. And I'm pretty sure the Receiving Manager got the ax right after me. Good luck pushing the Memberships. I know I was personally responsible for about 3.5% of the store's 4.5% Membership sales (I was nearing 1000 new memberships for the 2ne year in a row as well as over 500 in store renewals)

I'm also one of those top performing HC's who got canned right after the Receiving Mgr, who was with the store since it opened. My district was extremely competitive, and we were #1 district in the entire company for new memberships last we were told by DM. I was reaching my 1000 new memberships for 3 yrs in a row and the usual hundreds of renewals. It's ridiculous how our hard work did not matter. It's good that we throw out our #'s so people can see how hard we worked. Everyone who works or worked at BnN knows how much they stress the membership program. Good luck to all of those who worked hard day in n day out. May you all find better opportunities somewhere else.
I had high numbers with memberships and I wasn't a head cashier. All of my friends were fired and because of that, I'm officially done getting them. Bye numbers. My HC hit 1000 memberships two years in a row. I'm so sad.
I am sure your talents will be appreciated else where. Go make the best of your new job/career and dont look back at other people's short comings.
