People need to realize that companies at the end of the day need to do what's best for the whole organization. As an individual every leader hates to lose people in their organization but they have to make these tough decisions for others to march forward.

Cutting executive bonuses is good for an org - yet we are not doing that.
Cutting workers is not good for an org - yet we are doing it.

Indras failures are large and wide. She’s the reason PepsiCo is stuck in a rut. Fire her!!!
I have not criticized the decision, but the way they are doing it. this terrorism was not needed, and this lack of respect, they could do it in a more respectful and empathic way.
