The list for Bangalore and Chennai is ready, letters will be handed over on March 15. This is for 3500 staff from Bangalore centre and Chennai centre for HPE side staff.

Managers continue to be running the company on their own terms meaning that they will never be cut no matter how much crap they are filled with. After all the company is being run by managers all this time and current pathetic situation is purely result of mis-mangement by managers.

As there is no career prospects in DXC, it would be better to move to a stable company which offers growth in the future. DXC digital transformation is not visible at the ground level.

The next wfr is in March and that would be a major one to achieve the years target to remove the specific number of employees, before the annual meeting in April. No point in asking " when is the next round of WFR" because sooner or later if you completed 5 years you are on the hit list.

Search your job, save yourself, save your family. This will continue till 2020.

More then these so called guys, there are women who got pregnant only so that they can keep their jobs for the next 6 months going on maternity leave (official in India) and another 3 months with a sweet smile to the manager. The rest of women who are not pregnant hardly know anything about technology but come to the office like pin-up poster girls to keep themselves in business. Another blind eye from the managers who are biased and devoid of logic.

I know a guy from the same team (hpe es) who goes to office once in month and does nothing from home except monthly call setup and fun activity arrangement for managers and this guy is a highly paid resource and in the organization for last 12+ years and he brought many others guys in the same team as referral and they also do nothing... regional and religion politics, incompetent managers, lazy workforce .. and all this happening in Bangalore and Chennai center.

DELIVERY MANAGERS, supervisors, Local Account delivery managers (duplicate of delivery manager locally) , PEM's (Production Environment manager), Quality Analysts, Quality Excellence coaches, obsolete NGDM staff, HPE website support and reporting staff, legacy tools team support staff ... dont have any work in DXC .

They are mostly non-billable to customer or internally billed without and work and without any SLA.

Many people who are lateral in HPE (joined HPE after having minimum 5 + year experience) ... so staff with minimum 10 years experience with minimum 5 + years in HPE are perfect candidate for WFR.....

Remove all people with 5+ years of service will result in a very lean company, consisting primarily inexperienced graduates that are quite clueless, but wait that will increase ML's bonus even more.

Currently its only the 5+years person working on projects. For the new staff its just looks like an extension of college. They dont have a clue why they are getting a salary

Remove 5+ years legacy staff in India....they are not doing anything.. most of the staff seems to be working quite hard except for the managers who have really nothing much to do ...

Some bullcrap on here about India. Im a UK white person who has worked with India for many years. There are lots of really good people who work many hours for no extra pay but want to give good service and do give good service, and there are lots of people who put up shutters exactly the same way that there is in UK etc....... Dont let your naive racism and unacceptance that perhaps your bad at your job and want to blame others for "stealing" your job because you can not be arsed to move and just want to sit there and moan and blame everyone else when you could get off your backside and move (or perhaps your crap at your job and no one wants you?)

Guys, stop bickering on old and new, or old and young, Times are BAD and just lets face it, DXC is NOT an employee friendly company and never will be.

Coming to India, the WFR list is ready for mid-March 2018, when the letters will be handed over, unless people move themselves out before that.

Heard that there has been some minimal salary hike in Jan 2018 in India, if you didnt receive it already, what are you waiting for ? you are likely to be on the WFR list !

Who the F are you calling old? Who cares anyway. Off shore depends on the on shore people when real difficult problems come up.

Once all is sent to lower cost counties and no one has money to spend on bad goods and bad services on shore. Then companies will see the light, but then it will be too late

Regular layoffs in India till next year...lots of redundancy, lazy workers, inefficient management, incompetent workforce. I'll agree with that part, the OLD not so much, the older ones might have a clue of what to do and how to work out side the box.

The new ones but in India and other places can only follow a script, they don't know what and why they are doing something and when it goes wrong they are lost.
