Agree totally, I have no issues personally now and got paid off with quite a reasonable sum considering my low level position and have walked in to a top dollar job with a proper run company. Feel for most of the good lads around the world I met, hopefully they get out before being left with nothing.
Sounds as though you have some issues there, need to let them go and move on.
I agree the company is going down and do not believe anyone reading this board will disagree. Also agree that there are some managers who karma is a calling - all that said, when this thing does go down a lot of folks are going to be in a bad place. Everyone or most everyone knows what it feels like to be released and it is a gut punch - hope those that can find something do and for those that aren't looking you should at least test the waters. If you do nothing until the very end you have yourself to blame at least in part.
@RDXnKFx - you need to separate your bad manager from the company. WFT has a lot, a lot of issues but also some good people who are going to be left in the cold on this.
