My client list began to dwindle over a year ago, went from 20 client visits per week to 4, including reduction from weekly visits to two visits per month until my last 4 clients were referred to telephonic every other week. It's very sad, I loved my job, and several clients who were "discharged" from the program passed away not long after. I hope to find a similar position with a better company.

Same here. And they keep saying they don’t have the staff, but alerts keep coming....
I'm still referring & getting alerts to refer to LTIH, so IDK what's up.
