noble is a big joke 76% chance of going bankrupt it would already be sold for a song but Israel assets are no good to any major, most people that work here can never leave because noble does things like retards and you cant take anything you learn with you that's why they pay sh-- and it is a bad on your CV to note these loosers
You shouldn’t expect much from Noble management. I worked for Noble for seven years and left in 2016. Also have 30 years in this industry. This the worst run company I have ever been a part of. The management team is incompetence run a muck. Why any of you still working there is beyond me. There are jobs out there. Move on!
We should expect exceptional bonuses and increases in salary/promotions for jobs well done. Considering what the CEOs in this industry make, heck yah hard work should be compensated accordingly
My bonus was above what I expected it to be. My boss knows I work hard yet have 1 foot out the door if I am not compensated. In my experience, management knows who is willing and able to leave so they allocate funds to those people, away from the complacent people
I’m grateful for any bonus. We aren’t promised that money. I just want to keep working and make money for my family.
Why do you expect an exceptional bonus when all you do is complain about how horrible the company is (if you are even a current employee)? I'm sure your attitude shows through in everything you do. Your boss is probably trying to pay you as little as possible in hopes that you will leave. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with you. No sympathy at all for you.
Low expectations? Another core value at Noble.

I got a good bonus and a lot of people were happy with what they got.
The way energy industry is right now, having a job is bonus enough !!!
Mine is a disappointment too. Anyone else?
