We've been told that major change is coming to the program for those who are allowed to stay and by the emails being sent out this week it's like they're ramping us up for it all and wasting no time even though all anyone is really thinking about is the RIF. Any insight out there on how the program will run moving forward?

hourly s---s and i find it crappy that Humana has the ability to change us from salary to hourly...i was hired at a salary. i guarantee this will work to Humana advantage
Hourly won’t change flexibility We still work a 40 hour work week.
Ppl are losing their jobs. Stop whining about hourly pay!
Hourly will be much less flexible. MUCH.
I'm sorry but there is much more changing than hourly pay and I doubt in the town hall they'll be straight forward just more speculating and beating around the bush
My coach already confirmed no10 hour days.
I wonder if part time will be an option or going back to the 4 ten hour shifts that we once got to do. Those were the days. Sigh! Wishful thinking.
How much more or less flexible will the hourly pay make the job? Any teams met with their coaches regarding this?
Could the big change be the announcement of going to hourly? Still wonder if work hours will change since only a handful of the members will take early morning calls.
No real insight here. My guess is that is what the town hall on Tuesday is for. Makes me think RIF emails will go out this week and Tuesday they will announce to everyone what changes there will be moving forward. I could speculate on soooo much. But that is my basic guess.
