Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Anyone else's coaches taking the end of the week off?

I am hearing several reports of coaches taking the end of the week off. Anyone else hearing that? What does that mean?

Sounds like taking their 2 personal holidays before it’s announced and they can’t anymore. Once relieved of duties the personal holidays are gone.

LOL. You all are funny, if a coach is taking timeoff, I think it means that a coach has requested time off. Maybe it doesn’t mean anymore than that. Lol

IF coaches are taking off Friday and Monday, they need time to be there to “process” with their teams on Wednesday and Thursday

When an associate or a Coach is laid off pto is allowed ...after all if pto is taken now then Humana doesn’t have to pay it after your last day if a coach is taking the end of this week off then it is safe to assume that the coach is being laid off

Mine is, which I thought was very strange considering we were told last week that all coaches were told they were not allowed to take pto this week. I wonder if that's a "you're being laid off, so here's a bone" thing?
